My participation in the seminar organised for some top official/staff of onigbongbo local council development area Tagged DIGITAL GOVERNANCE and anchored by Mr. Ojikutu who led us into the world of blogging and how we can use weblogs to showcase our local government activities to the world.

In his word he says ”there is a gulf of difference between governing over a household and ruling over a kingdom – A Palace Blogger is a Kingdom Ruler!.”

As a blogger i can rule the world by participating in building the new face of onigbongbo local council development area.
